Independent apartment in a private rural house located 30 km from Rome and 3 km from one of the stations of the FM1 metropolitan service railway that goes from Fiumicino airport to Orte (station Pianabella di Montelibretti with trains every 15 min.) with connections for lines A and B of the subway network in Rome.
The house is immersed in 13.000 mq of garden and olive grove with beautiful views of Mount Terminillo. The apartment is composed of a spacious living area with kitchen/dining area, a double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. It is complete with accessories: refrigerator, air conditioning, satellite TV, use of the washing machine, iron, etc. Included in the price: gas, electricity, use of the garden, cribs, etc.

Surroundings
The house is located northeast of Rome, at the feet of the Sabina hills. There are numerous entrenched villages in this zone, which is famous of its production of extra-virgin olive oil and cherry orchards.

Tivoli, with Villa Adriana, the largest of the imperial villas; Villa d'Este with its magical fountains; recently restructured Villa Gregoriana with its waterfalls and winding paths; the Thermal Baths. "Lucus Feronaie", Roman archaeological site.
The Valley of Santa di Rieti, with numerous Franciscan sanctuaries, the most famous of which is at Greccio (60 km), sister city of Bethlehem, a place of peace and tranquility. Farfa Benedictine Abbey.
