Privacy and Use of Personal Information

All personal data will be used confidentially and in accordance with article 13 of the Italian Law n. 196/03 as follows:

a) The collected data supplied by you will be used only to accomplish services requested by Rural Journey clients; only essential data are required. All data are treated electronically and are used by the Vagabondo Viaggi s.r.l. by means of mechanical operations necessary to carry out the required services, including data change and cancellation on the part of the client.

b) The requested data is only that which is absolutely necessary for carrying out requested services. Additional specific information may be requested to fulfil service requests.

c) Data are accessible only to Vagabondo Viaggi s.r.l. staff to guarantee the carrying out of the operations required by you, the data owner. Once the booking is completed, the data necessary to continue the operation will be communicated to the booked accommodation.

d) Data owner has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, including communication to this effect in an intelligible form. In particular: he/she has the right to obtain information about: origin of personal data; purpose and conditions of data processing; method applied in electronic data management. The titleholder of data management is Vagabondo Viaggi s.r.l., in the person of its pro tempore director. In addition, the data owner has the right to change, cancel, update or integrate data or to cancel or block data if they are processed in violation of the law. This includes data that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; the declaration that cancellation or change in operations is communicated to involved parties, except the case in which this accomplishment is impossible or implies means evidently disproportionately high with respect to the protected right. In addition, the data owner has the right to oppose, totally or partially, for legitimate reasons, the handling of his/her personal data, even if it concerns the purpose of collection. In any case the data will not be used to send to advertisers, for market research, or for commercial communications.

e) The titleholder of data management is Vagabondo Viaggi s.r.l., in the person having the legal delegation of the firm at the moment.
