Description

Just recently opened hotel only 3 km from the center of Posada (dominated by the Fava Castle). The hotel is part of a historical farm. It is architecturally inspired to the ancient nuraghi constructions and it blends perfectly with the surrounding natural environment. Guests are housed in 20 rooms (two of which are equipped for disabled) with terraces, private bathrooms with showers, hair dryers, telephones, air conditioning, digital and cable television, small fridge (consumptions are to be paid in loco) and digital safe.
Among the services guests will find: restaurant, fitness area, bar, meeting room, air conditioned common rooms, lift, a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view and a hanging garden and a solarium, a five-a-side soccer court, an outdoor swimming pool with an equipped solarium with sun umbrellas and sun beds, and a spacious and well lit parking. The structure does not have architectural features that deny access to the handicapped.

This hotel is an ideal starting point for tours in the pursuit of ancient ruins testifying the area's past civilizations or in the pursuit of truly enjoyable excursions (trekking, canoeing) in the surrounding natural environments.

Surroundings

The hotel is surrounded by nature and constitutes a true oasis of peace and tranquility. Moreover it is only a few minutes away from the renowned beaches of S. Giovanni, Su Tiriarzu and Iscraios. The town of Posada and the beach of Tiriarzu have been included, once again, in the blue guide of the Lega Ambiente and have been, by it, classified five sails for the excellence of both the services and the quality of the territory's uncontaminated environment.
Posada and its suggestive down town should most certainly be visited. Among other things, of great interest are the recently renovated (in 2006) Casa delle Dame, the church of S. Antonio Abate which was built in 1388, the church of S. Michele and the 12th Century Castello della Fava castle.
