Description
The house is in one of Padova's residential areas. It is surrounded by trees and well served by public transportation.
The apartment has a large and well lit living room, a well equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with two comfortable bed rooms (a double and a twin room). There are two bathrooms: a very large one with a tub and a smaller one with a shower and a hairdryer. In the living room there is a convertible sofa, a small library, a table and chairs. The kitchen has an electric oven, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a four ring gas burner, plates, glasses, cutlery and pans. There is, moreover, a small collection of basic supplies such as coffee, sugar, tea, oil etc.
The house has: heating, air conditioner, TV, tape recorder, hairdryer, sheets and towels.
The house may be rented in its entirety or by room.
Guests will have at their disposal the external loft from which they may admire the Euganei hills.
In front of the house one may easily find free parking spaces.
