Description

The House has been obtained in a big XIX century farm building situated in open country. The estate has been a property of counts Brondelli of Brondello for many centuries, who always directly farmed the land, deciding to live habitually in the farm manor.
From a farm building 4 wide and full of light one-room flats have been obtained and a half-story two rooms one, all with bathroom, kitchenette, telephone and heating. While restoring we tried, without renouncing to modern comforts, to keep unaltered the charm, the style and the peculiarity of the old building, maintaining the original shutters, doors and furniture.
The apartments are lodged weekly; we guarantee to guests full autonomy and privacy, while however supporting them with advise and info about possible activities. On request we will provide for all you need to prepare your breakfast.

Surroundings

The estate is in Piemonte, in the heart of Monferrato, a land of truffles and great wines. 2km from the regional park of Crea's Sacred Mount, part of the Unesco heritage, and at the centre of the net of the 43 paths for trekking of the project “Walking in Monferrato”.
Nearby the Baroque city of Casale Monferrato, Asti and Moncalvo.
In less than one hour car riding it's possible to reach Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Activities

Inside the estate: swimming in our swimming pool and trekking. Beside we will help our guests to chose cultural, artistic and/or eno-gastronomic itineraries for their excursions, in autumn they will be able to take part to truffle searching with dogs in the surroundings of the estate.
Nearby: horse riding school, golf course, football field, tennis court. Day trips to capital cities as Turin, with its many splendid museums, and Genoa, with its port and Aquarium, a must for children and adults as well.

Food, wine and crafts

Our farm produces wine and honey, that guests may buy.
In the surroundings it is possible to purchase the precious white truffle, cold cuts, cheeses and exquisite special typical sweets and cakes as Casale's biscuits, the delicious Krumiri, Madonnina's chocolate truffles or Rocchetta Tanaro's mother-in law's tongues.
