The independent villa, recently restored, is on the top of one of the most beautiful and panoramic hills of Montepulciano area, endowed with all the modern comforts and of a private swimming pool enjoying a stunning panorama
The house consists of a hall with open space kitchen, 5 double rooms, 5 bathrooms. It is on two floors: at ground floor the large hall with fitted kitchen and fire place, with an outdoors gazebo for fresh summer nights, three of the bedrooms with private bathroom and independent access from a long large terrace. Upstairs the other two bedrooms with private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the valley.

The Villa is situated in the heart of a large farm producing Nobile di Montepulciano wine, with a stunning view over the valley, at few minutes from Montepulciano and from other famous cities or villages of art as Pienza, Monticchiello, Montalcino, Cortona. In one day trip it is possible to reach and visit destinations as Siena, Firenze, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi.
