Description
Ideal for spending quiet and relaxing stays in the calm countryside of Umbria and for visiting and appreciating the splendid works of art of Umbria and nearby Tuscany.
Though maintaining its original character, including ceilings in bricks and wooden beams, the Villa offers all the comforts to ensure our guests a warm stay among the olive groves and panoramic views of the medieval towns of Panciale and Mongiovino.
Each of the 6 apartments, all completely independent, consists of a large living area, a spacious bedroom, a shower bathroom, kitchen with four burners, refrigerator, and all accessories necessary for cooking.
A welcoming common room becomes a pleasant place to read and relax at various moments of the day, where you can sip a coffee or glass of wine accompanied by a taste of typical local products. Arbors and benches spread out among the olive groves offer a hideaway for those who want to read or contemplate the panorama and the surrounding countryside.

The strategic position of the house favours excursions to cities of art such as San Gimignano, Pienza, the Etruscan city of Chiusi, Cortona, Castiglion del Lago, Città della Pieve, Assisi, Spello, Todi, and of course, Perugia.

Orcia Valley, rich in artistic and natural treasures, is at approximately 45min by car. At the same distance the via del Sagrantino, where you can taste excellent wine and visit the lovely town of Montefalco.
You can easily reach many famous thermal baths such as Fonteverde Spa in San Casciano ai Bagni, Bagni San FilippoBagno Vignoni, Chianciano.

ActivitiesThe outdoor swimming pool, with jacuzzi, and adjacent solarium, offer an additional possibility of amusement and relax for our guests, who will be able to continue to take care of themselves by means of shiatsu, massages, lympho-drainage, and acupuncture carried out by a specialized doctor in our massage room (these treatments are available, by reservation, all year-round). For those who love walking and mountain biking, there is the possibility of long excursions along the numerous paths of the zone. Tennis courts, horse riding, golf courses at less than 4 km. In the surroundings many thermal baths are present. |
Food, wine and craftsWhenever you wish, we will be pleased to recommend gastronomic itineraries in the surrounding towns, in characteristic places where you can taste typical Umbria dishes. On request, we can prepare lunch and/or dinner for you with typical regional recipes. |
