Description
The newly built farm house is plunged in the green of a garden of plants and flowers, in an area of approximately 28.000sq.m. I on the Sea, Between Capo Vaticano (9 Km.) and the nice old centre of Tropea (1.5 Km.),it is located on one of the most beautiful and attractive stretches of Tyrrhenian coast .
Guests are hosted in 5 two-room and 3 three-room apartments, all with independent entrances, well-decorated, with sea view.
The two-room apartments, at the first floor, consist of: bedroom, living area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, small terrace.
The three-room apartments, at the ground floor, consist of: two bedrooms, living area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and 2 verandas, in one of which is possible to eat outdoor.
In addition: there are 2 two-family villas available for families or more numerous groups, for a maximum of 8 beds. Each has three double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, storage area, large veranda with sea view.

Surroundings
Beyond the beauty of Tropea, with its beautiful historic center (2.5 Km.) and along all of the Coast of the Gods, from the port of Tropea (2 km) there are motorboats for daily excursions to the Eolie Islands, stupendous patrimony Siculo; then at approximately 50 km. away is the Natural Park of the Serre and 100 km. away is the famous museum of Reggio Calabria which holds the famous Bronzes of Riace.
