Description
A short distance from Forlì and Cesena, this agritourism offers you the delight of staying in the Rural Houses of the Farm and in the Castle Tower of Monteleone, surrounded by the town of the same name.
The Tenuta is developed around a small medieval town, Monteleone, on 147 hectares at 360 meters above sea level.
The apartments are decorated with antique furniture and have autonomous heating Each has a kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and impeccable bathrooms. You can choose to stay in the Antico Casale (Old Rural House), in the Casa Rosa (Pink House), or if you prefer in the apartment of the Torre del Castello (Castel Tower).
- L'ANTICO CASALE (Old Rural House), rich in charm, was intended for vacations for small groups of friends or families (maximum 8 people). It is located right outside of the archway at the entrane of the town of Monteleone and is an building from the 18th-century in stone, restored in 2002 with mastery and careful attention to detail. It is sub-divided as such: on the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-dining area perfectly equipped (even with dishwasher), large living area with antique terracotta oven which opens onto a lovely garden with everything needed for eating outside, two bedrooms with wood-beams, and a bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms, each with double bed and one single bed, with sink in the room, connected to each other by means of the bathroom with bathtub. A large wash laundry room with autonomous water heater looks onto the garden.
- Apartment of the TORRE DEL CASTELLO (Castle Tower), approximately 50 sq. meters, decorated with antique furniture, looks onto a small piazza of Monteleone. It is made up of a large double bedroom, a living room with fireplace (with sofa bed in case of a third person), a comfortable bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette.
- Apartment 1 in the CASA ROSA (Pink House); on the ground floor, 2 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, a fully-equipped kitchen which looks onto the garden, a large living-dining area.
- Apartment 2 in the CASA ROSA: on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen with view.
200 meters from the medieval town of Monteleone, the Casa Rosa is the ideal union of modern details with refined antique objects, immersed in a rural atmosphere of complete relaxation.

Food, wine and craftsThe farm has adopted methods of cultivation for olives, vineyards, fruit orchards, and cereals based on low environmental impact, in line with the the disciplines of integrated biological controls of the Emilia Romagna Region. It is possible to pick from the farm's large orchard fresh vegetables in season. It the Castle's shop you can purchase the farm's products including doc and docg wines, extra virgin olive oil, preserves, jams, and sauces. |
